Dear Maintainer,

Dnscrypt-proxy's manual page refers to 127.0.0.1:53 by default name server.

But we can see on /etc/init.d/dnscrypt-proxy they use 127.0.2.1:53.

This make users configure resolve.conf file with 127.0.0.1 and have errors to
implement on first shoot.
