Dear Maintainer,

dnscrypt-proxy can be extended via plugins as described in [1] . As you can
see, some of the plugins are really useful. The current debian version doesn't
support this. In order to use the plugins, dnscrypt-proxy has to be compiled
with --enable-plugins parameter. Also the libldns-dev package is needed. More
