Autogenerated ~/.config/fontconfig/ entries by lxqt-config or similar
can cause lilypond fonts to be doubled (or more) in size. Remove or
comment out blocks which set these settings to restore correct
functionality.
Thanks Peter, for providing this additional information! [The paragraph
above is just summarizing the fix for this issue so someone who runs
into this problem can figure out how to fix it.]
Manfred: I've gone ahead and closed this bug, since I think this should
