While we are at it, I noticed that the debian/rules target which made the
package
to FTBFS is dh_install (or its override).
I have not checked, but this is most probably a bug. I don't think it is
possible
to honor DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck and having a debian/rules file which runs
the tests in dh_install at the same time.
