Severity: wishlist

No wireshark package currently ships sharkd (a daemon, which is for example
used by webshark).

sharkd is already built by the current build setup.

These two changes are required:
* add sharkd to the control file (modified a copy of tshark)
* add a sharkd.install file containing usr/bin/sharkd

Since this is no breaking change, it would also be nice to have it in 9.0
oldstable.
