The pcreapi and pcre_version manpages claim that the 'pcre_version()'
function returns a 'char *' this leads me to believe that the returned
string must be freed using pcre_free(), however the actual
pcre_version() returns a 'const char *', the manpages should be fixed
to reflect this.
