log4cpp.sourceforge.net under downloads has a much newer version than
the current release, and Shibboleth (http://shibboleth.internet2.edu/)
requires at least 0.3.5rc1. Could you update the Debian package to
the current release (0.3.5rc3)? I'm trying to get all of the dependencies
and prerequisites for Shibboleth into Debian.
