I have uploaded ruby-style-loader 0.23.1 to experimental. This is just
a heads up before I upload it to unstable. As per

I don't see any breaking changes. In some days I will upload this to
unstable. In the worst case scenario if it is not compatible we can
embed old style-loader in rainloop.

Rainloop upstream currently depends on node-style-loader 1.1.3. I'll
look into updating the package once its build-deps are updated
(currently blocked by Babel 7).
