to experimental. Please confirm if this version is compatible with
rainloop so I can upload it to unstable.

Rainloop upstream currently depends on node-raw-loader 4.0.0. I'll look
into updating the package once its build-deps are updated (currently
blocked by Babel 7).

I think I will go ahead with uploading node-raw-loader in unstable.

lists breaking changes as only minimum version of webpack and nodejs
updated (both are fine in unstable).
Just in case you want older version of raw-loader still, you can embed
it in rainloop.
