Hi,
Why is debhelper-compat (= 13) not available in stable, please, when
compat level 13 is being recommended?
The lack prevents most artifacts in Lintian's test suite from building
on stable and therefore cannot be implemented in Lintian. It leads to
false positives for the tag
package-uses-experimental-debhelper-compat-version. For details,
please see the bug blocked by this one.
