Hi,
the current version of the resampy package does not support BE
architectures.
More precidely resampy is a Python package using numba, and the
combination of
resampy + numba seems not to eork on s390x.
The upstream maintainer is not is not interested in providing this
support in
the near time.
Please remove the python3-resampy package for the s390x architecture.

This is an arch all package. Architecture specific removals are not possible.
