Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
python-pymummer could not be built reproducibly.
This is because it ships a different package depending on whether the
tests are run or not. Specifically, it includes a directory called
tests/ because it is populated in PYBUILD_BEFORE_TEST.
Patch attached that cleans this up in PYBUILD_AFTER_TEST.
