Dear Maintainer,

When I have a few programs open, such as libre office and iceweasel, and
then I try to open the file
manager/browser program, it won't open. If I close the other programs, it still
won't open. I have to
restart for it to open. The computer is new and powerful, so it can't be lack
of resources.
