When clicking on url in sylpheed it launch me epiphany, but i have
configured Opera (with opening new tab). Sylpheed is probably using
x-www-browser alternative script (and i have it set to epiphany), but
even chaning it to opera will not open this url in new tab (it will be
in separate window). of course i can create special script for this and
manual relink it to x-www-browser.
sylpheed should use probalby gnome settings
(System/Environment?->Preference->Prefered applications).

So, i find that i can configure this behavior in preferences of sylpheed
(simply change sensible-browser with opera -newpage). But if we want better
integration (without additional tweaks) some one needs to fix something in
sensible-browser oraz improve gnome preference with prefered application applet
to update x-www-browser alternative.
