That's OK, but that means I won't be able to pinpoint the root of
the issue, assuming that there's really something wrong with
apt-listbugs causing the bogus pinning stanza...

Anyway, this bug report is already tagged as pending, since, as I said,
I fixed the parsing issue in aptcleanup.
