I have no idea what the problem is.
Short description of the bug result =================================== (as a first and provisional hint) The card reader owns a green LED. Normally, when versions 1.5... are installed, the card reader is connected with the USB socket and a chipcard is inserted, this LED is flashing in the first moment and then emits light permanently. This indicates that all is OK and the card reader is ready. It can be used by homebanking software like Moneyplex. However, when versions 1.8... are installed, the LED is flashing only for a short moment and then goes out; Moneyplex cannot connect with the card reader.
