There are some candidates:

fail/dvi2ps_4.1j-3.log (BTS)
fail/jmpost_3.1.11+0.04b-0.2.log (BTS)
fail/jtex-base_2.1-1.1.log (BTS)
fail/latex2html_2008-debian1-5.log (BTS)
fail/maxima-emacs_5.27.0-1.log (BTS)
fail/plywood_0.5.11+nmu1.log (BTS)
fail/ptex-base_1:2.5-2.log (BTS)
fail/texlive-base_2011.20120410-1.log (BTS)

I think there were more, but failed packages may have been rescheduled
inbetween (logs deleted) and are not being tested because of failing
dependencies.

Should we move this discussion elsewhere?
