Okay, I re-created your configuration with vde_switch, and I found the kvm command lines you used in one of the files -- you sent just too much information so really important bits got lost in the noize initially.
I'm doing a copy test from one guest /dev/zero to another guest /dev/null. It copied 120 Gigs of data so far, and counting. Should it stop somewhere as per your bugreport?
