When multiple tickets are set to the same pending date and time, otrs seems
to have issues with those; not sure if those two are the only parts affected
but here is what have noticed:
- Only one of those events will show up in the "Upcoming events".
- No email will be sent to Ticket Reminder will be sent.
Please let me know if you need further infos on my installatioin.
Hard to debug it for me these days week :/
