Fixed for a long time, at least since 3.27-1.

undocumented(3) is upstream, while undocumented(7) is debian specific.

undocumented(7) is probably obsolete, since it was used in old policy version
to provide some info for software lacking a manpage.

I'd even delete it, I need to check for manpages linking to that one.

Here too, missing(7) is debian only.
First we should work with upstream to "upstream" wished manpages, or I can
patch undocumented.3 to link missing.7.
