If we had a simple way to detect whether a server has the old Apache
bug asanka mentioned or the newer Apache misconfiguration you
mentioned, this would be easy to fix. Unfortunately, no one has
provided that.

Incidentally, severities don't actually matter.
Right. Let's keep the actual severity and focus on fixing this.
