bind-interaces makes sure that dnsmasq only binds to the interfaces used by your libvirt configuration so I think it's correct.. I'm not sure I understand why this is bad. The dnsmasq you start afterwards should ignore those. Let's take Simon into the loop since I'd value his opinion on this one.
