Package: ifupdown
Version: 0.7.5
Severity: serious
Justification: Overwrites local changes to configuration

Steps to reproduce:

rm /etc/network/interfaces
apt-get --reinstall install ifupdown

observe that /etc/network/interfaces exists.

If I remove the file, that change should be preserved on upgrades.
