Package: tulip Version: 3.7.0dfsg-4 Severity: wishlist a new version (4.1, even newer than what the watch file finds) of tulip has been released by the tulip developers. among other things, it provides a new user interface and reduces complexity.
i have tried to update the package, but did not succede. (i had to remove almost all of the debian patches, then the software built, but the install files didn't find their files any more, and could not be fixed trivially). the new version does not fix all of the segfault problems described in the other open bug reports against tulip, as tested by running the semi-built package in its own build directory. please consider updating the package. best regards chrysn
