the cityhash package has a RC bug security-related. It's not clear whether it affects the current Debian version or even if it has been fixed upstream (the upstream authors haven't responded to me yet, despite having filed a bug report months ago) and I lost interest in the package, so it has been up for adoption for a few months but no one picked it up.
