i386 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared libraries [i686 optimized]
The libc6-i686 postinst doesn't like the ":i386" suffix, sets
$all_upgraded to "no", and leaves /etc/ld.so.nohwcap in place.
Although this doesn't break anything else, it renders the package useless.
