dgit does not make these kind of impositions on the repository
structure of the dgit-repos.  This is so that you can use dgit with an
existing repo (although ATM this is fiddly to arrange on alioth).

I guess dgit's repository template on alioth could have HEAD point at
dgit/sid.  I'll think about that.
