Package: sensors-applet Version: 3.0.0-3 Severity: important Hi.
First of all, I am not really sure if the problem that I am seeing is actually with sensors-applet (I suspect not), but that's the first in line. Feel free to reassign it if needed. OK, now to the bug report per se: I have been a very happy user of sensors-applet since 2.x and I am currently using gnome-panel 3.4.2.1-5. Unfortunately, I recently updated my distribution and noticed that there is no sign of sensors-applet appearing on my panel anymore, even though I can see the process listed in the output of ps or top. I'm filing this with severity important because this totally defeats the purpose of the applet (and, to be honest, I was surprised to see that there were not bug reports specifically addressing this). What I am seeing may be related to bug http://bugs.debian.org/710094, but I am not really sure. Anyway, please, if further information is needed, let me know and I will try to provide it.
