Justification: fails to build from source
Builds of ploop in minimal environments have been failing even when not
affected by architecture-specific issues (which I'll report separately):
xml.c:23:27: fatal error: libxml/parser.h: No such file or directory
Please declare a build dependency on libxml2-dev and confirm with pbuilder
or the like that no others are missing.
