Hi, I know I kind of disappeared on this bug. Sorry about that I wasn't doing well and things got kind of hectic at the same time. Anyway, I wanted to report that I have built a new VM with four NICs using the pcnet driver (three macvtaps to actual physical interfaces and one isolated network to access the host itself, since macvtap cannot access the host) and the networking works with no issues.
I intend to try using the latest spice-tools and switching to virtio drivers to see if the problem occurs again. If not, then it is resolved whether in qemu-kvm or in virtio windows drivers, or both, otherwise it is likely a Windows driver issue though it could still be the type of emulated device that makes the difference.
