Do you have log there we can see what is happen? I can't really believe that there is something broken. Version dependencies are solved by the package manager, so if calendar-exchange-provider is depending on iceowl-extension it's quite normal that i want work if the version dependency can't be solved. By the way, we are talking about packages in unstable. ;) It naturally possible that something is broken here.
