It did work out to the point where one should be able to build the
package, but I did not find the time to test it.

Cleaning should be relatively easy as this patch just drops all the
unnecessary cruft required for building the embedded librabbitmq-c lib.
In Debian all this is provided by the librabbitmq library.

See debian/copyright. I excluded the whole embedded librabbitmq-c
library. Thus the +dfsg suffix.
