Hello,

the problem is not that they do not provide the data sources (.csv), but there is no way to build those .csv data to the binary format required by GeoIP itself. If you are skilled in C++ you may extend the geoip-generator from the Debian geoip sources itself.
If there is a way to build those data I would be happy to provide them.
