keepalived suggests no packages.

with keepalived config like:
   HTTP_GET {
      url {

        status_code 200
      }
      connect_port 80
      bindto 192.168.9.12
      connect_timeout 3
      nb_get_retry 3
      delay_before_retry 2
    }

email DOWN sent on timeout occur. 2 second later email UP sent on success

I think HTTP_GET must not send email DOWN before retry
