Control: severity 763908 important
Sorry, was writing from gmail and did not notice the non informative subject
in reply. Also forgot to set correct severity, important, since it is
blocking aspell migration to testing.

Freeze is approaching and I would like simple pending things to reach testing
without explicit action from release managers.
I am thus uploading a wnorwegian NMU to DELAYED/2 with attached patch, built
against semi-multiarch aspell and with a tightened dependency on aspell to
make sure aspell-no does not reach testing before aspell, but with it.
Please let me know if you want me to change that.
