yes, that license would be fine.
What do you propose? - Replace the image parts from images that are CC-BY-SA 3.0 and license the derived work as CC-BY-SA 3.0, or - Ask the original artist (Jakub Steiner) to relicense his work under CC-BY-SA 3.0
Both options are possible. As you are the maintainer of the package, you can choose whatever is easiest for you.
