If I see only those numbers then I have to agree with you. :( On the
other hand I can only rephrase the situation:
- in the archive for more than a month,
- no bugreport against the package,
- only blocked by the too tight dependency in python-xstatic-angular
that Thomas corrected too late,
- v1.2 is a bugfix only branch, the development happens in the v1.3 one,
- if you see the changes from 1.2.24 to 1.2.26[1][2], you see that
three bugs were fixed,
- one of those is a typo fix[3] which affects _all_ locales and they
had to be regenerated[4] and this (non code change) makes the diff too
large.

Please reconsider its inclusion into Jessie. Thanks,
Laszlo/GCS
