Please re-read my previous mail. The CHANGELOG.md contains all
changes, including the 1.3.x branch, which is not relevant here as
this release doesn't contain those changes. This is the 1.2.x bugfix
only branch. Its changelog[1][2] doesn't list any breaking change. In
short it's:
