 Yes, there's an other major upstream release of the library. But the
package you changed the watch file for, is the v2 one and that should
check for v2 releases only.

 It is very different. There were big changes during v2 -> v3 -> v4
versions and even in v4 as well. As such, the latter packaged under a
different name as libzmq3 . The libzmq1 one left in the archives for
amavisd-new.

 The package naming follows the so called 'soname' method. But will
update the package description if I do an other v2 upload.
