I'd say it's a problem with gpg-agent, not with Claws Mail itself. Since I
don't use it myself I cannot tell you much, maybe review gpg-agent docs to
see if something has changed in newer versions which you may need to adjust
in your configuration.

If you find something please let me know. Otherwise I guess we can close
this report.
