I found that I do not need the net-driver disk because the root (or the boot) disk recognizes my network card. However, it still freezes at various places. I tried it for more than 20 times but all failed. Sometimes it freezes when loading the root disk, sometimes it freezes when asking for the language/keyboard setup, sometimes it freezes when asking for the hostname, sometimes it freezes when it is installing files (libc6-udeb is one of the populler place).

When I use USB root instead of floppy root, loading libc6-udeb fails.

I first tried installing from Knoppix which didn't work, tried booting from floppy and USB which didn't work either. I will finally try a CD (net-install) and if it's the same, I will have to install fedora.. T_T
