Package: openconnect Version: 7.06-2 Severity: important I use openconnect with the --juniper option. As noted below, I use es_US.UTF-8, so the certificate prompt looks like:
Falló la verificación del certificado del servidor VPN «secureaccess.example.net». Razón: firmante no encontrado Introduzca «sí» para aceptar, «no» para cancelar; cualquier otra cosa para ver: Note that the certificate is in fact valid and verifies correctly, as Firefox accepts it. However, openconnect does not, and prompts. Entering "si" displays the certificate, as does entering "sí" or "yes". In fact, there's nothing I can enter that makes it accept the certificate. I believe this is because the prompt uses U+0073 + U+0069 + U+0301, whereas using the compose key I enter U+0073 + U+00ED. Since either encoding is valid, you must use Unicode normalization to accept either choice. As it is, the program is unusable in this locale. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.0.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=es_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=es_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages openconnect depends on: ii libc6 2.19-18 ii libgnutls-deb0-28 3.3.15-7 ii libopenconnect5 7.06-2 ii libproxy1 0.4.11-4+b2 ii libxml2 2.9.2+dfsg1-3 ii vpnc-scripts 0.1~git20140806-1 openconnect recommends no packages. openconnect suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- brian m. carlson / brian with sandals: Houston, Texas, US +1 832 623 2791 | http://www.crustytoothpaste.net/~bmc | My opinion only OpenPGP: RSA v4 4096b: 88AC E9B2 9196 305B A994 7552 F1BA 225C 0223 B187
