Package: libdcmtk-dev Version: 3.6.1~20150629-3 Severity: normal The generated files DCMTKTargets*.cmake list executables that are either not installed at all (/usr/bin/*_tests), or moved to another location (/usr/lib/dcmtk/cgi-bin/).
However, packages like insighttoolkit4 use the information provided by the aformentioned cmake file and configuring these packages will fail. I'm not quite sure how to solve this, the best would probably to not reference these executables in the generated *.cmake file, but I have yet to figure out how this can be done. Best would propely ask upstream to provide means to do this cleanly. -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.2.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libdcmtk-dev depends on: ii libdcmtk4v5 3.6.1~20150629-3 libdcmtk-dev recommends no packages.
