Control: retitle -1 dropbear-initramfs: cannot unlock the disk with the 
keyboard and 4.2 kernel when DHCP is not available

Actually this happens only with the Linux 4.2 kernel
(linux-image-4.2.0-1-amd64 4.2.6-1). I still have a 4.1 kernel
installed, and I can type the passphrase with it (reverting to
this kernel is not a solution due to driver incompatibility).
