Yes. It doesn't seem to change very often, so shouldn't be much work. I don't actually know any Java to speak of, so if anything difficult comes up I'll have to ask for help :-) I've already hit an issue with the jscience -> geoapi -> jscience bootstrap. (jscience builds agains the geoapi.jar it comes with, but not against the libgeoapi-java package I've made, and I don't understand what's wrong).
