Dear Maintainer,

(1) ~/.gscan2pdf contains a saved profile "business card" with
settings for tl-x, tl-y, br-x, br-y and mode = 24bitColour,
resolution=200, source=flatbed.

(2) Start gscan2pdf.

(3) Set scan mode = true gray

resolution = 300

source = adf (centred)

paper size = A4

(4) The scan profiles field is blank..

(5) Load scan profile "business card"

(6) The scan profiles field remains blank.

(7) mode, resolution, and source are reset to match the values
from the "business card" profile.

(8) Paper size remains A4.

I believe paper size should be set from the loaded profile.

A further consequence is that you cannot delete the "business card"
profile, because it never appears in the scan profile field.

Workaround: Define a paper size corresponding to each saved
profile, and set the paper size from the geometry tab whenever
a profile is loaded. But this partly negates the usefulness
of profiles.
