Package: transmission-gtk Version: 2.84-3 Opening the context menu of an item in transmission's GUI, then selecting "Queue", then "Move to top", seems to have no effect on the actual ordering of the downloads. Steps to reproduce:
Limit the number of downloads by using the menu bar: "Edit > Preferences > Downloading > Maximum active downloads", add at least N + 1 torrents, where N is the download limit, then try to move the queued item to the top as aforementioned. The expected result is that the item starts downloading. The actual result is no change at all. I am using Debian stretch/sid.
