Volume value doesnt work correctly. 1) Set volume value. I use 15%. 2) Change activity then return to previous activity (default in my case). Whithout this step problem also exists. 3) Open terminal (no active terminal windows before) -> top -> try to close window without exiting top (using X button). 4) Your will hear notification at 100% and volume levels became set at 100%.
