The reports thus far seem to already suggest where to look for the problem being pointed to here, notice 3 lines out of the logs provided so far:
installed version = 11.2.202.616 upstream version = 11.2.202.621 downloading https://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/11.2.202.616/install_flash_player_11_linux.x86_64.tar.gz The script is trying to install 11.2.202.621, but is instead downloading 11.2.202.616? Somehow I'm forced to suspect there is a bug somewhere in there...
