Hi Hilko,

I am working on splitting binary package into *-dev, *-dbg, etc..., but
quite busy in these days to retard the progress of this work.

The issues which you mentioned:

1. I have done draft version of copyright.

2. It wants yet to be confirmed.

I am very willing to collaborate on this package.
